At Blueforest, we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns for any opened or used products. If you receive a product that is:
•Damaged
•Incorrect
•Expired
•Or otherwise not as described
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at blueforestcoffee@gmail.com/+91 91238 38713 . Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds or Replacements
If your claim is valid, we may offer:
•A full refund
•A replacement item, or
•A store credit
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
•Change of mind
•Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.)
•Orders where incorrect address or contact info was provided
